Eligibility:
Drawing is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who were directly contacted to take part in the survey. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter:
You may enter the Drawing by sharing your name and e-mail and address after completing the survey. Only one entry allowed per person per survey. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prize: One $150 iPod nano. Prize is non transferable/nonsaleable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of Winner:
Winner will be selected at random. The drawing will take place within 15 days of the end of the survey period. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by E-mail within 15 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by E-mail within 30 days of that notification by replying to the e-mail notification. Prize will be mailed within 30 days of receipt of verified prizewinner\'s claim. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 30 days of notification, or fails to timely return declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
By participating in the Drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
